Training and Adoption Lead

A company is looking for a Training and Adoption Lead to support a state government AI modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define the training and adoption strategy for AI initiatives

Design and deliver training programs and materials tailored to various audiences

Monitor and report on training and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in training and adoption roles, preferably in technology or government sectors

Experience designing training for non-technical audiences on new technologies

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools

Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
