Head of B2B Marketing
You will own the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy, driving top-of-funnel growth, accelerating new business acquisition, and scaling brand authority within the real estate and property technology industries.
As the Head of B2B Marketing, you will lead all marketing channels - digital, physical, and experiential - and create a cohesive, well-performing acquisition engine. You will leverage an existing portfolio of top-tier clients while opening doors to new opportunities across global markets.
This role is highly strategic and highly hands-on. You will work directly with leadership, play an integral role in shaping the marketing vision, and drive initiatives that fuel rapid pipeline growth and industry visibility.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy to acquire new customers and grow existing accountsDrive top-of-funnel generation, build pipeline, and deliver high-quality marketing-qualified leadsStrengthen brand presence across digital, physical, and partner channelsLead all inbound and outbound marketing efforts, including PR and thought leadershipManage global marketing budgets, resource allocation, and ROI analysisBuild a strong B2B content strategy across platforms, channels, and formatsPlan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid acquisition campaignsCreate, maintain, and measure the impact of B2B marketing collateralTest new channels and report insights for strategic decision-makingCollaborate with product and stakeholder teams to communicate new releasesDevelop and oversee event strategies, including industry conferences and activationsWork closely with sales and customer success to align messaging, enablement, and customer insightsRequirements :
5+ years of B2B software marketing experience in fast-paced or startup environmentsStrong expertise in B2B lead generation, content marketing, and event-based acquisitionExperience managing and optimizing marketing budgetsProven ability to build inbound and multi-channel acquisition strategiesStrong understanding of digital and offline marketing funnelsHands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and content workflowsProficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)Experience collaborating with design, content, product, and analytics teamsSkilled at managing competing priorities in a rapidly evolving environmentProactive, hands-on problem-solver with strong ownership mindsetUnderstanding of end-to-end marketing workflows and processesExperience in real estate technology or marketing to landlords / property management companies is a strong plusThis is a New York City based roleCompensation & Benefits :
