What You'll Do :

• Partnering closely with the CEO, translating vision into action and helping drive key company initiatives.
• Streamlining operations to keep everything running efficiently, from supply chain and logistics to customer support and internal processes, while building systems that make work easier for the team.
• Leading critical projects, aligning teams, and ensuring initiatives like product launches and retail expansion are delivered on time.
• Thinking strategically, attending high-level meetings, exploring new opportunities, and providing recommendations to support growth.
• Building the team by supporting hiring, onboarding, and professional development while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Managing external partners, including vendors, logistics providers, and agencies, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
