Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes and resolves inventory issues, utilizing both WMS and physical counts.
- Research daily inventory discrepancies for root cause and recommend adjustments to process and procedures.
- Review inventory adjustments and transactions on a continuous basis to reconcile discrepancies and keep inventory accurate.
- Maintain cycle counting requirements.
- Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.
- Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen product / locations on a daily basis.
- Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, appearance and high degree of professionalism in communication and attitude with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.
- Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. These may include but are not limited to complying with the Company's Time & Attendance policy and procedures and partnering with management to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety guidelines.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
