Job Description :

  • We provide comprehensive training for new hires, building their skills from the ground up, while experienced professionals can seamlessly integrate into our system. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn and follow our proven sales methods.
  • Willingness and ability to safely climb and inspect roofs to assess conditions, gather information and provide accurate evaluations as needed for the role
  • Make proactive calls to existing and prospective customers, providing key updates and information regarding their roofing claims or repairs.
  • Ability to independently generate leads
  • Act as SRAs professional point of contact, ensuring smooth and effective communication through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our roofing products and services to better understand and address customer needs during interactions.
  • Accurately document each customer interaction according to company and department guidelines.
  • Promptly follow up with both current and potential customers, ensuring timely responses and ongoing communication.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in every interaction, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
  • Exhibit patience and empathy during customer communications, ensuring all concerns are addressed with care.
  • Consistently communicate clearly and professionally with both internal team members and external customers across all forms of communication.

Qualifications :

  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales / willingness to learn
  • Ability to conduct cold calls and / or door-knock
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
  • This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, offering opportunities for high income based on performance
  • Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance after 90 days of employment
  • 401K after 12 months of employment with company match
  • Our office is located in Merriam, KS. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.
