Key Responsibilities

Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing Solution Engineering team to meet goals

Enhance sales methodology and processes, including tailored product presentations and demonstrations

Assess training needs and implement programs to improve skills within the Sales Engineering team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager

5+ years of experience as a sales engineer

Strong understanding of solutions and market dynamics in the Identity Security market

Preferred : Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
