Key Responsibilities

Implement new Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) focusing on the MVP of portal setup and workflows for Help Desk

Enhance foundational setup for future self-service experiences for customers

Utilize NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies in project execution

Required Qualifications

Experience in HRSD / ITOM or strong Customer Service Management (CSM)

Multiple years of relevant experience preferred

Familiarity with ServiceNow Ai is a plus

Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

Contract position lasting 12 months
