Our logistics network spans multiple 3PLs and freight forwarders across North America.
We're seeking a Logistics Manager Omnichannel to oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations for our growing portfolio. This role drives performance and accountability across 3PLs, freight forwarders, and retail fulfillment partners to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time movement of goods globally.
What You'll Do
- Manage Global Inbound Freight : Oversee freight forwarders and carriers managing imports from contract manufacturers worldwide. Ensure shipments meet cost, timing, and compliance targets.
- Oversee 3PL Operations : Lead relationships with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) providers across North America and internationally. Drive operational excellence, cost control, and KPI adherence for DTC, marketplace, and retail fulfillment.
- Coordinate Outbound Logistics : Manage outbound fulfillment across channels, including direct-to-consumer, FBA, FBM, drop-ship vendor programs, and retail replenishment.
- Cross-Functional Launch Coordination : Partner with product development, purchasing, and sales teams to align new product introductions (NPI) with fulfillment readiness and inventory planning.
- Performance Management : Develop and manage SLAs, scorecards, and KPIs for all 3PLs and freight forwarders, covering order accuracy, timeliness, inventory integrity, and cost efficiency.
- Optimize Supply Chain Flows : Identify and implement logistics process improvements, network design changes, and new solutions to support omnichannel growth and geographic expansion.
- Reporting & Analytics : Deliver clear metrics and dashboards to leadership on logistics cost performance, transit times, and on-time delivery across all channels.
