A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow customer relationships while acquiring new clients and carriers

Negotiate rates and ensure compliance with market conditions

Utilize internal resources and operational support to optimize business performance

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a book of business

Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod

Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday

Strong moral and ethical compass
