How you will make an impact :

As a Solutions Architect at Iterable, you'll play a key role in reducing friction by partnering with the Customer Success team during technical calls and helping customers unlock the platform's full potential.

Reporting to the Solutions Architect Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for answering functional and technical questions about the Iterable platform, APIs, and services. Beyond providing technical guidance, you'll advocate for our customers by understanding their pain points and working with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to design solutions that drive success.

Your role will also focus on uncovering opportunities to expand customer adoption by analyzing their data flows, marketing technology stack, and future initiatives. You'll highlight the value of Iterable, recommend features that align with customer goals, and help them optimize their marketing strategy.

This role is also a great opportunity to develop your technical and consultative skills. From learning about customers' needs to crafting solutions, presenting ideas, and gathering feedback, you'll strengthen your sales, problem-solving, and technical storytelling abilities daily.

Additionally, you'll build custom solutions using AWS, Workato, and scripting, enhancing Iterable's functionality and enabling seamless integrations with third-party tools.

In this role, you'll get to :

• Provide technical strategy guidance to Mid-Market level customers in effectively using Iterable
• Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Iterable platform, including APIs, integrations, and mobile SDKs
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and platform demonstrations tailored to different audiences
• Present solutions and opportunities to utilize Iterable more effectively, translating customer use cases into account strategies
• Demonstrate ownership by leveraging autonomy and investing time in thorough discovery processes
• Play a major role in closing SaaS upsell and growth opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM teams, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Continuously enhance the platform's capabilities through innovative ideas and implementations
• Provide specialized assistance and resolve technical challenges involving complex marketing architectures
• Conduct architecture discovery workshops to understand clients' business objectives and technology stacks, then align proposed solutions with those objectives
• Create custom solutions, including "art of the possible" proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Nodejs, SQL, etc
• Create custom solutions in IPaaS platforms like Workato and Zapier, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $113,500 - $137,500. Within this range, individual pay is determined by the specific US work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health and fitness and learning and development, among others.
