Manager, Systems Application Engineering
The Manager, Systems Application Engineering is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of systems application engineers, providing direction for team members by assigning and prioritizing projects while setting expectations on results and timing. The Data Center Systems Application Engineering Manager works with Vertiv Sales to identify customer requirements for potential sales. As orders for equipment are received and processed through detailed engineering, the Data Center Systems Application Engineering Manager ensures that sufficient resources within the team are available to meet scheduled deadlines that satisfy the required delivery dates.

The anticipated salary range for this role in the State of Minnesota locality is between $130,000 to $145,000 per year (based on a 40-hour work week) - salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO (Flexible) holiday pay (9 days), and 401k.
