Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred. Proven leadership and management experience. Minimum 5 years of PLC programming experience. Proficiency in Allen Bradley RSLogix5000 and Siemens S7 Controls. Skilled in leading and mentoring a team of electrical engineers. Strong project management and communication skills. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Salary : $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. Comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, life insurance, bonuses, and more.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Electrical Controls Engineers.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and development.
- Manage component ordering for projects.
- Solve complex problems related to process and control systems.
- Oversee projects from concept through installation.
- Collaborate closely with Machine Designers and Project Managers to ensure project accuracy and completion.
