Clinical Trainer

BayMark Health Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our education department, the Clinical Trainer will develop and administer training programs for clinical staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. This position is perfect for professionals passionate about making a significant impact in the healthcare and substance abuse treatment sectors. Develop, implement, and revise clinical training programs based on the latest evidence-based practices in addiction treatment. Conduct assessments of clinical staff training needs to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Facilitate both classroom and hands-on training sessions for a variety of clinical topics essential to patient care and safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to update curriculum and training materials as medical standards and practices evolve. Manage the certification process for clinical staff, ensuring all necessary credentials are obtained and maintained. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes. Stay updated with advancements in the field of medicine and addiction treatment to continually enhance training quality.
