React JS Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain high-performance, AI-driven web applications using React.js.
• Implement Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) to enable intelligent, collaborative decision-making within applications.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI-powered search and recommendation features.
• Work closely with backend teams and AI engineers to develop scalable, interactive user interfaces.
• Optimize performance using efficient state management, caching strategies, and component reusability .
• Implement real-time data streaming and visualization using Socket.IO, HighCharts, and AG Grid .
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability by following best practices in CI / CD, Git, and automated testing.
• Work with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker / Kubernetes, GitLab, etc.) for seamless deployment and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) .

AI integration, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures .

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for AI-powered applications .

state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) and component-based architecture.

Git, CI / CD workflows, and automated testing .
