The Opportunity

This position works out of our St Paul MN facility. This position doesn't include a relocation package.

What You'll Work On

This role is responsible for supervising the Timekeeping team and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly production payrolls across 23 pay groups. The position ensures compliance with timekeeping policies, labor regulations, and internal controls. The supervisor will maintain positive and cooperative communications with all levels of employees, managers, and the broader payroll department.

Accountability, Scope, and Impact

The Timekeeping Payroll Supervisor will report to Payroll Timekeeping Manager. They will lead by example and uphold the same expectations required of their employees. Respond to more complex, escalated inquiries from team members and check the work of others to ensure that it is accurate and timely. Ensure their staff's tasks are completed accurately and on time and ensure adherence to deadlines.

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
