Role Expectations :Requirements
- 6 months experience in general construction. We will fully train on carpentry, demolition, tile work, framing and basic plumbing!
- Experience onloading / offloading trucks
- Experience with demolition, framing, installation is a huge plus
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently.
- For insurance purposes Construction Apprentice must be able to pass a background and DMV check.
Benefits

- 40 hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x).
- Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime
- Hourly pay rate is $19 / hr.
- Ability to promote to Lead Installer within 6-9 months (with pay bump, daily bonuses and extra perks)!
- On average, our Construction Apprentice are promoted to leads within 6-9 months and make $80-90k within one year of employment!
