Must-Have :

• 3+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology
• BLS certification
• ARRT(R) certification
• NDMIRT registration (required)
• EPIC experience (preferred)

Description :

MUST note in submission if the candidate has ever worked previously in this system.

If the candidate previously worked here, there must be an end date 6 months prior to submission.

All candidates must badge in and out.

Scrubs will be provided in Ceil Blue.

This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience.

General job duties include assisting Radiologists during procedures by scrubbing beside and coordinating the room during cases.

Candidates will be responsible for scheduling and coding of procedures.

Post-procedure film processing, charting, and billing for cases and supplies are also required.

Equipment utilized includes Electronic EMR, Sectra Pacs, Toshiba IR Machine, and Siemens Ultrasound Unit.

Candidates will work independently for smaller interventional cases and in a two-person team for larger angiography work.

Call is required, with evening and weekend rotation.

Candidates may float to other departments to assist with procedures.

The unit has two fluoro rooms, CT utilization, and two MRI rooms for ultrasound procedures.

EMR training, general equipment, and protocol review will be provided.

Cancellation policy includes the ability to cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.

This position operates in an acute care setting.

Regarding shift notes, candidates will work 8-hour days with the possibility of finishing a case if started late.

Call is around 10 days or less per month, roughly 2 days a week or less, depending on time-off schedules.
