What Will You Do As A Talent Development Partner?
The Talent Development Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability. This role will also lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders and critical talent across the organization.

Physical Demands
Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time. Work involves walking, talking and hearing using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminals.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Requirements
Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and Human Resources experience. Minimum of three - five years level experience in a Human Resources position with a focus on training and development functions. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing equipment in operation. May be required to travel to territory locations and attend out-of-town trainings and / or seminars. Work hours may vary from 6 am to 5 : 30 pm depending on schedules and the season; Monday through Friday; approx. 40-45 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.
