Job Overview
We are expanding our Claims Intake Department within our HUB Team to support increasing claims volume across the Southeastern region.
The HUB Team at Tenco Services, Inc. consists of Administrative Support Specialists who collaborate to provide clerical support to Claims Managers and Adjusters. This support ensures the delivery of high-quality, satisfactory service to clients.
As a member of the HUB Team, the Administrative Support Specialist primarily performs administrative tasks for the home office, enters claims data and submits reports into the claims management system, and handles phone calls and emails from clients and their insureds. It is essential to represent the company's name and reputation with professionalism and integrity, as the specialist often serves as the first point of contact for clients. Effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach are key to making a positive impression.
Please Note : This position is dedicated to administrative work and does not lead to an adjuster role. It is ideal for individuals who excel at organized, behind-the-scenes support within the claims process.

Brentwood, TN (Metro Nashville) : On-site training required for 6 months, followed by a hybrid schedule (1 remote day / week)
Outside Metro Nashville TN : US Based Fully remote considered for candidates with proven remote work success
