Mailroom Associate

This is a 1st Shift, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, with a 1 hour break Monday-Friday role. Candidates will be performing various functions including : pulling files, putting files away or quality control. They will verify the loan files were filed in the correct locations. They will be walking all day and climbing step stools as needed. If a file is missing they will search the remainder of that shelf. If not present they will research the file in the computer to find clues as to where it could have been misplaced. Clues include where the file was last seen, files that were brought in at the same time as missing file, checking on desks and under desks, checking carts, etc On your feet 30% of the time.

Will be Scanning paperwork, sorting mail and general mailroom duties.

Additional Skills & QualificationsMust haves :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of MS Excel

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
