Position Overview :  We are seeking an experienced Insurance Bad Faith Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling bad faith insurance claims and a strong commitment to advocating for consumer rights.  This can be a work from home

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in insurance bad faith claims and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
