Job description
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (Reliability and Quality) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Own and define the Quality & Reliability Program, focusing on proactive practices and cultural expectations
Lead cross-functional programs to enhance reliability and quality across various teams
Establish and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and improve incident management processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years in technical, reliability, or quality-focused domains
Strong understanding of system architecture and reliability engineering principles
Experience with SDLC models, CI / CD pipelines, and incident management tooling
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus : Experience in regulated or high-availability industries such as fintech or healthcare
