Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist within PNC's Retail Bank Operations CD & IRA Service Team, you can play a critical role in the success of PNC as a member of our Retail Bank Operations team. You'll help drive crucial behind-the-scenes functions for many lines of business. This includes essential items such as managing the cash needs of our branch and ATM networks, protecting the bank from potential fraud, and identifying ways to continually improve our processes. Preferred experience for Operations Analyst - Fulfilment Team 1 :

• Working knowledge of IRA Accounts
• Works independently at times and with team members for performing daily duties
• Must follow compliance rules and have standard knowledge of systems Edge and Host
• Works cooperatively with team and other service partners
• Can multitask whenever the need arises
• Can follow directions and assist others in achieve results for the good of the team
• Daily duties include but not limited to Mail, Email Boxes, Scanning, Opening CRISS tickets, working with checks, verifying items for secondary quality reviews, statements, and new duties assigned in the very near future.
• Able to adapt to fast paced environments
