Business Development Manager
RTS Financial and Shamrock are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented professional to join our Business Development team as Business Development Manager. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
In this role, you will leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions to clients in the transportation industry. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline with precision. This is a performance-based role with significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and exceed business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service
- Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and present customized financial solutions
- Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets
- Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with company objectives
- Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience
