Escalation Specialist

A company is looking for an Escalation Specialist, NA AMOC.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor alarm systems and assist with troubleshooting efforts

Triage alarm signals and escalate issues to maintain equipment reliability

Manage communication tools to coordinate responses effectively

Required Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays

Experience in an IT / operations / call / command center environment
