If you are a Manufacturing Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sherman, TX location, this hands-on position serves as the focal point of communication between Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Order Entry, Local Business Partners, and all other areas to facilitate the most rapid and efficient solution to manufacturing problems

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Partnering with Product Engineers to resolve shop floor problems, write-up and detailing issues, and providing engineering support for customer order requirements while also developing permanent solutions.
• Developing and implementing productivity improvements and lean manufacturing projects.
• Supporting manufacturing for problems related to product design or assembly.
• Providing engineering support for customer order requirements.
• Investigating, analyzing, and documenting Service Requests.
• Supporting the development of training materials and manufacturing procedures to improve plant productivity and quality including providing Technical Assistance to personnel within manufacturing.
