Nurse Practitioner (NP)
to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing home
skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. Join a growing team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient mobility, and quality of life.
What
You'll
Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

What
We're
Looking For
Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP
required
2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
Long-term care / nursing home experience (preferred)
BLS certification
required
ACLS preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
Compensation
Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000-$34,000 per day per week worked (, 1 day / week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days / week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
