You step onto the floor, rally your crew, and orchestrate maintenance priorities that keep steel production, casting, and finishing running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, 24 / 7 environment where your decisions protect reliability and minimize downtime.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and support an electrical maintenance team during your coverage period to meet production demands.
• Ensure safe, effective maintenance and operation of plant power distribution, controls, and electrical equipment.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence preventive and corrective work to reduce interruptions and optimize uptime.
• Diagnose and repair issues with PLCs, AC / DC motors, VFDs, and both low- and high-voltage systems.
• Uphold electrical codes, company safety policies, and preventive maintenance standards.
• Partner closely with operations, mechanical, and reliability teams to hit performance goals.
• Coach, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices to build depth and capability.
