The Client Care Manager-Community Liaison will be responsible for recruiting new clients, conducting initial home assessments, and developing marketing strategies to promote our services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong marketing acumen with administrative background, and a passion for working within the community to build relationships and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Recruitment and Engagement :
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including healthcare providers, community organizations, and events.
Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and community partners to generate new leads.
Sales and Marketing :
Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company’s services.
Design and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to showcase services.
Initial Home Assessments :
Conduct comprehensive home assessments to understand client needs and preferences.
Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Ensure all assessments and recommendations comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community liaison roles, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
