Instructional Content Creator (Curriculum Coordinator II)
Job Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence, this employee works under minimum supervision but has maximum responsibility and accountability.
This individual must be self-motivated, organized, possess sound judgment and maintain confidentiality, and be a creative problem solver.

This position is located on the Midlands Technical Airport Campus
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A master's degree in education or another directly related field and experience in curriculum development. Work experience in Instructional Design, preferably in higher education.
Experience designing and creating OER courses.
Preferred Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge
1. Understanding of OER Principles and Best Practices :
- Knowledge of open licensing, copyright laws, and Creative Commons licenses.
- Understanding of OER repositories and platforms.
2. Instructional Design Expertise :
- Ability to design and develop engaging, learner-centered OER courses.
- Familiarity with instructional design models and strategies for online and blended learning environments.
3. Research Skills :
- Ability to conduct research to identify relevant OER materials and resources.
- Skill in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of OER content.
