As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food according to established recipes and procedures.

You will also play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with employment policies, ensuring cleanliness and safety for all guests, and monitoring ticket times to ensure efficient service.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your team by providing daily feedback on performance and conducting formal line Taste & Temp checks.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service restaurant
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management
• Ability to delegate and lead a team of 100 or more individuals
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
• Extensive knowledge of financials
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of servant leadership principles
• Entrepreneurial spirit
