Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on intake and payment products, driving customer product success and improving user experience

Own quality assurance processes for products pre-go-live and document QA processes for scalability

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in healthcare with a focus on data, preferably in healthcare technology

Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Experience with data-led improvement projects and EMR integrations

Familiarity with AI tools and a creative approach to workflow automation

Organized and structured analytical approach with clear documentation skills
