Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn a guaranteed salary up to $350,000, with total potential exceeding $680,000
  • Eligible for bonuses from day 1! bonuses paid monthly

    • Qualifications

  • Degree : DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (May 2026 grads welcome).
  • Licensure : Eligible for (or active) Louisiana dental license; credentialing fully supported.
  • Skillset : Comprehensive general dentistry skills with strong patient communication
  • Experience : New grads welcome- mentorship available with exposure to a broad and comprehensive scope of practice- from bread-and-butter general dentistry to advanced cosmetic care.
