Number 13 Prime Steak And Seafood in Galveston, TX is looking for one head cook to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 7809 Broadway. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Cooking all the stations, direct food processing and handling of produce.
• Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Handle food related concerns
• Close down the kitchen few nights a week
• Long hours and hard work is a must.
