As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the key connection between the company and clients. Your mission : build strong relationships, provide expert solutions, and grow revenue by engaging key decision-makers in the construction and design industry. We're looking for someone with a hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to deliver results in a high-opportunity market.

What You'll Do :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contractor and developer segment
• Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and estimates based on client needs
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-based environment
• Build long-term partnerships with contractors, architects, and designers
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring top-tier service
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client communications, and project milestones
