Senior Service Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, refine, and implement business or technical processes using structured methodologies

Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for internal and external end users

Measure and report on process success metrics to evaluate performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in process design and improvement using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

10+ years of experience creating and maintaining end-user documentation for IT or technical operations teams

10+ years of experience in success measurement and performance tracking

Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
