Licensed Sales Producer

• Duties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Promote insurance products and benefits administration services to prospective clients.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on available options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
• Provide bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing accessibility and understanding.
• Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to meet client needs effectively.
• Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
