Schedule -3-day or 4-day work week -All positions required to take call Salary -Base salary starting at $215,000 (4 days / week) for new graduates and increases based on CRNA years of experience.

• Sign-on bonus of $30,000 paid after 30 days of employment, 3-year agreement. -Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call.

Overview Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services.

Louis metro area. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Advanced practice nurse who works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities Participates in professional development and life long learning. Provides direct patient care and documents care given.

Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate.
