Summary of Role :
The Regional Safety and Training Manager will be responsible for leading and standardizing safety programs and operational training across all CTP locations. This role ensures that every site maintains compliance with safety standards, cultivates a culture of safety, and that all team members are properly trained on both safety and core operational procedures. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, and the ability to design, implement, and deliver scalable training programs that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Safety Oversight
- Lead and manage regional safety programs across Lynnwood, Volo, and Richmond campuses.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations; develop corrective action plans.
- Build a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and site-level engagement.
Training & Development
Design and facilitate operational training programs beyond safety, including technical, procedural, and compliance training.Develop standardized onboarding and continuous learning programs for site operations teams.Partner with site leadership to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions.Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness and completion.Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a regional resource and subject matter expert for site leaders and teams.Ensure consistent safety and training practices are implemented across all campuses.Support major incident response, drills, and readiness planning.Provide coaching and mentorship to site-level safety champions and trainers.Required Experience
7+ years of experience in mission-critical environments (data centers strongly preferred; utilities, hospitals, or critical infrastructure considered).Proven track record in developing and leading safety programs in compliance with OSHA and industry standards.Experience designing and delivering training programs at scale, beyond safety (operational procedures, technical training, systems).Strong knowledge of incident management, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills across all levels of an organization.Ability to travel regularly to CTP locations (Lynnwood, Volo, Richmond) and additional sites as neededEducation
Bachelor's degree preferred in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.Certifications
OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry) – strongly preferred.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) – strongly preferred.Additional certifications (CIH, First Aid / CPR, Emergency Response) – plus.Training / facilitation certification (e.g., ATD, Train-the-Trainer) – plus.NFPA70E certification- plus.Schedule
Schedule : Full-time role with some remote work flexibility.
Ability to Relocate : Relocate before starting work (Required).
