• Sending / reporting confidential, regulatory data while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collaborating with various teams to deliver accurate and timely communications that comply with rules and regulations.
• Demonstrating attention to detail in sending complete and accurate communications.
• Identifying and implementing controls to strengthen processes.
• Collaborating with global team members and leadership to promote a positive work environment.

Skills :

• Strong interpersonal skills to work proactively with all levels, including Sales and Clients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong focus on control and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality controls and procedures.

Pay Rate : $20-22 / Hourly

Location : Salt Lake City, UT or South Jordan, UT

Assignment : 6-12 months (Chance of extension or permanent)
