• Manage and enhance clients’ online reputations across platforms such as Google, social media, and review sites.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, remove negative / false content, and implement strategies to improve overall star ratings.
• Address and mitigate unwanted online content, such as news articles, court records, and YouTube videos, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
• Stay updated on changes to review platforms and search engine algorithms to develop innovative tactics that support client goals.
