Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and leading executive-level discussions
Anticipate and resolve complex client challenges while mitigating risks and orchestrating team efforts
Drive portfolio health and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to renewal strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Client Success Management, Account Management, or a similar role
Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior leaders
Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of business metrics and revenue drivers
Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members
