Job descriptionJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school. 1–4 years of relevant legal experience (Candidates with under 1 year of experience will not be considered). Admission in New York is a must; admission in New Jersey is a plus. Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated interest in the energy, utility, and regulatory practice areas. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, utility, and energy-related matters.
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other documents.
- Assist with administrative and regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategy and execution.
