Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, utility, and energy-related matters.
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other documents.
- Assist with administrative and regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategy and execution.
Requirements :
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.1–4 years of relevant legal experience (Candidates with under 1 year of experience will not be considered).Admission in New York is a must; admission in New Jersey is a plus.Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated interest in the energy, utility, and regulatory practice areas.What They Offer :
