Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tech Support Operations Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in managing RMA processes, coordinating shipments and returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will work closely with our warehouses, HQ, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations and excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage RMA sales orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of replacement and repair items.
- Update and maintain RMA records in the ERP system.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- Generate and submit regular reports (RMA, inventory, defective battery recycling, etc.).
- Process payments in the OA system and support ERP system optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, tech support, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.2+ years of international logistics operations experience.Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Details
