Project Structural Engineer

We are hiring for a Project Structural Engineer to join our team on a full-time, direct basis while based in the Delray Beach, FL area.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Oversee a variety of structural design, renovation, and inspection projects for various applications : new construction, design build, renovations, adaptive reuse, etc.
• Oversee structural design & analysis of building structural systems for a variety of markets : commercial, institutional, educational, public-sector, and industrial facilities.
• Design, detailing, and analysis of structures for low-rise & mid-rise buildings with a variety of materials (e.g. : concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and cold-form steel).
• Oversee the preparation of calculations and drawings for reports.
• Develop finite element models for the analysis of complex structures.
• Perform field-oriented tasks (e.g. : investigations, site visits, threshold inspections, condition assessments, etc.) and develop corresponding site visit reports.
• Work directly with clients to foster positive relationships and maintain base business accounts.
• Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed.
