What will you be doing?

• Validate customer deduction : Using contracts, invoice history, and customer correspondence.
• Investigate & Resolve : Invalid deductions through documentation and communication with internal or external stakeholders.
• Process credit memos and financial adjustments : Based on investigation outcomes.
• Contribute to System improvements : Providing user feedback or training others.
• Mentor and support : Level I team members to ensure consistency.
