The Business Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting and advancing our organization's core systems and processes. This position exists to ensure that our business applications are effectively administered, integrated, and optimized to meet operational needs. Working within a small, collaborative team, the role requires adaptability across multiple areas of administration and technical operations. Success in this role comes from being resourceful, addressing challenges directly, and applying new skills to strengthen the connection between technology and business outcomes.

What You'll Do (major Responsibilities)

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at varying levels of technical expertise.
• Understanding of business SaaS applications administration and interconnection across modern eCommerce, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Experience working with data analytics and practical application of data to affect business processes and team performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex systems, with a focus on JavaScript and JSON.
• Scope and manage projects with technical contractors.
• Manage internal initiatives related to system changes and improvements.
• Create and maintain standard documentation and training materials for business systems.
