Position Summary
The Area Customer Service Coordinator (Managed Services Onsite) supports daily operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction across multiple Ricoh Managed Services locations within the Las Vegas area. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery by performing and coordinating activities such as mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, reproduction center support, fleet management, reception, and hospitality services.
This is a part-time, temp-to-engage position ideal for an energetic, adaptable, and organized professional with strong customer service and multitasking skills. Daily travel between client sites is required; candidates must have reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across multiple customer sites within the assigned geographical area.
Perform a variety of office services, including :
Mailroom operations, shipping, and receiving.
Copy / reproduction center support and finishing work.
Hospitality and reception duties.
Conference room setup and support.
Fleet management and administrative assistance.
Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new team members.
Support process improvements and ensure compliance with operational best practices.
Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to Ricoh and customer standards.
Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or vacations.
Support new account implementations and service expansions.
Maintain accurate documentation and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Provide professional and responsive customer service; promptly address or escalate issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements at all locations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Minimum 12 months of related customer service, administrative, or office operations experience.
Experience in a Managed Services , mailroom , hospitality , or office support environment preferred.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management systems.
Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and work independently.
Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance required.
