A company is looking for a Coordinator - Pre-Employment Background Screening - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Review and adjudicate candidate background reports for compliance with policies and regulations
Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to company guidelines and procedures
Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required
Three (3) years or more in a related field and / or Human Resources required
Strong knowledge in HR Compliance, Recruiting, or Staffing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs : Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
