Role Overview :

s an Adenza Axiom XL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using the AxiomSL ControllerView platform. This includes regulatory reporting modules for financial institutions

Key Responsibilities :

• Development & Configuration :

o Build and configure Axiom ControllerView components : Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations, Freeform and Tabular Reports.

o Customize dashboards, workflows, and reports to meet business needs.

o Optimize and review existing code and configurations.

o Integrate Axiom with upstream systems using APIs (REST / SOAP).

o Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.

o Create and execute unit tests and functional test plans.

o Troubleshoot and resolve defects in development and production environments.

o Provide technical support for Axiom-related issues.

o Monitor production processes and ensure timely reporting.

o Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.

o Document technical specifications, release notes, and change logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

o 5-10 years in software development.

o 3+ years hands-on with Axiom ControllerView (v9 / v10, RegCloud).

o Experience with US regulatory reports.

o Strong SQL / PLSQL and Oracle database skills.

o Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, Databricks (desirable).

o Unix shell scripting and ETL development.

o Knowledge of financial products and risk management.

o Strong communication and analytical skills.

o Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
